About Us

My name is Aryan Agar, and I am a senior at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia. I am an aspiring future physician and the founder of Critical Kindness. As the founder, I am dedicated to uplifting the spirits of ICU patients and their families during challenging times.
My journey started as a volunteer at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital's ICU since June 2023. Through my weekly shifts, I realized that patients seem stressed and isolated overall, inspiring me to create Critical Kindness. Due to this, I felt motivated to do something to help in my own capacity while working with hospital staff to make sure whatever I do respects medical guidance.
Pittsburgh Regional President:
My name is Sonaya Arora and I am a sophomore at Pine-Richland High School. With an interest in both Science and Medicine, I am dedicated to helping those around me! While volunteering in clinical settings, I have noticed that ill patients and their families often feel overwhelmed and stressed when faced with medical problems. Through Critical Kindness, I am able to extend a helping hand and cheer them up during their difficult times. In addition to Critical Kindness, I am passionate about tennis, research, debate, and classical dance!
